When can I check in?

Check in is at 2 p.m.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

What time do you serve breakfast?

If you travel with a group, we ask the most convenient hours for you and we serve breakfasts according to your wish. If you are an individual traveller breakfasts start at 7:00.

Do you have luggage room?

Yes, and it is free of charge for our guests.

How can I get to Draggo from the airport?

The easiest way to get to Draggo is by public bus 208 (day line, 40-45 min ride) and 902 (night line, 35 min ride) They both stop at the main railway station. Or you can also go by train from the platform 1 at Balice airport. The ride from there to the main railway station takes 18 min.  We can also help you with transfer to Draggo and arrange a private car or coach. Just ask about transfer assistance our reception staff.

How can I get to Draggo from the main railway station?

When you go out of the main railway station go along Pawia Street to Planty Park. Then turn right. You should pass Słowackiego Theatre (characteristic yellow richly decorated building) and turn left by the Barbican (characteristic brick stronghold). You will enter the Old Town. Go straight on along Floriańska Street up till the Main Market Square. Pass the Square. In front of entrance to the Cloth Hall (the huge building in the centre of the Main Market Square) there is Bracka Street. Go along Bracka Street. The first turning on the right there is Gołębia Street. Our house is on the left side of the street at number 6.

Is there somewhere a restaurant close to Draggo?

There are many restaurants, the closest ones include:

Are towels in the rooms? Do I have to pay for them?

There are towels in the rooms, they are free of charge during your stay. You will get clean tower every day.

Is there bed linen in the rooms. Do I have to pay for it?

There is bed linen, it is free of charge during your stay. You will receive clean bedlinen every day if needed.

Will I have a locker?

You will have your own locker that can be opened only with your card and also special shoes compartment. There are also additional lockers in the stairs and bed constructions.

Does your staff speak English?

Yes, they do.

How do I use one card system hotel access?

For greater comfort and safety we decided to use one card access system. At check in you will receive one card that opens your room, your lockers, the main door and the restaurant’s door.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept MasterCard and Visa.

Can I pay in € or only in Polish zloty?

You can pay either in € or Polish zloty.
