We heartily encourage you to familiarize yourself with the below regulations of Draggo . Its provisions are aimed to ensure proper booking process and also explain our cancellation policy. At the same time, our aim is to describe your rights as a guest and duties during stays in our Draggo.
TYPES OF RESERVATION:
Standard reservation made on our website online and payed via credit or debit card.
Group reservation (for more than 10 people).
You can pay by credit and debit cards (Visa or MasterCard), bank transfers or in cash. The currency of all Draggo House transactions is Polish Zloty. You can pay in Euro but the amounts are always calculated according to National Polish Bank exchange rates.
You can check in at 2 o’clock p.m. Check out is till 11 o’clock a.m.
We kindly request to inform our staff about late check out after 11 o’clock a.m. as it can cause additional charges.
If you make reservation online via external internet portals and not our own website, it can be burdened with additional non-refundable charges according to these external portals policy that we have no power over.
We ask you to make payment for your stay during check in the latest.
You can make a group reservation via our online form, e-mail or telephone call. The group reservation conditions may vary to our standard terms. Therefore, you will receive all our terms of your reservation with your booking confirmation.
a) Reservation receives confirmed status only after 30% prepayment. The prepayment cannot be lower than the cost of the first reserved night. The prepayment has to be made 7 days before arrival date the latest.
b) You may make prepayment by a bank transfer or via our own website through online payment provider gate. Any additional costs of international payments added by your bank have to be covered by you.
c) We have a right to cancel all unconfirmed reservations (reservations that haven’t been prepaid). In such cases we do not provide alternative accommodations.
We cannot be held responsible for any cancellations made due to personal reasons such as illnesses, change of plans, transportation delays etc. what is more any cancellations caused by Force Majeure such as other Kraków dragon attacks😉, a war, terrorist activities, natural disasters or acts of God on site or on the way to Draggo etc.
In case of all standard reservations made by credit or debit card via our website:
All cancellations have to be made 48 h before 12 o’clock a.m. on the arrival day.
Any cancellations made later than 48 h before 12 o’clock a.m. on the arrival day will be treated as no shows and fully payable.
Conditions of group reservation payments and cancellation policy vary from standard individual reservations and are defined in our group offers and booking confirmations.
Please prepare a document with a photo for a check in process.
We want you to have sweet dreams when you wish to rest. Therefore, for the sake of other guests as well, please keep the noise down between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accommodate people who are under obvious alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances influence. In such cases the guests will be asked to vacate immediately without exception and refund.
Although Draggo House is a house of a dragon we do not tolerate any toxic smoke threatening health and comfort of our guests. Smoking is prohibited in all building areas and any guests found smoking in the venue will be fined 1500 zł and asked to leave premises immediately.
Verbal abuse to other guests or our staff will not be tolerated, and guilty guests will be asked to vacate by our dragon protector.
We believe that it goes without saying that if you cause any damages to Draggo House you have to feel responsible for your actions and cover repair costs.
We may be forced to change your appointed place to other room but we will only do it with maintaining the same standard of service or offering a higher one.
We are proud and happy that Kraków is a great city for partying. Still, Draggo House cannot be responsible for injuries or damages suffered by guests incurred as a result of their irresponsible behavior or ignorance.
Safety is a priority in Draggo and we take all possible actions to secure it. Still guests are responsible for their belongings. Draggo House takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We want to positively solve all issues that you may have during your stay. Therefore, please notify the front desk of any complaints immediately when they arise during your stay. Please give our staff a chance to assist and help you with any inconveniences.
