Frequently Asked Questions

1. When can I check in? Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your bags in our luggage room.

2. When should I check out? Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

3. What time do you serve breakfast? If you are traveling with a group, please let us know your preferred time, and we will serve breakfast according to your schedule. For individual guests, breakfast starts at 7:00 AM.

4. Do you have a luggage room? Yes, we have a luggage room available free of charge for our guests.

5. How can I get to Draggo from the airport? The fastest way is by train (line SKA1), which departs from the airport station (Platform 1) approx. every 30 minutes. The ride to the Main Railway Station takes about 17–20 minutes. At night, you can take the night bus 902 (approx. 35–45 min ride). We can also arrange a private transfer (car or coach) directly to Draggo. Please contact our reception staff for assistance with booking a transfer.

6. How can I get to Draggo from the Main Railway Station? Exit the station and walk along Pawia Street towards Planty Park. Turn right and walk along the park. Pass the Słowackiego Theatre (the characteristic yellow building) and turn left at the Barbican (the brick fortress) to enter the Old Town. Walk straight down Floriańska Street until you reach the Main Market Square. Walk along the Cloth Hall (the huge building in the center) towards its southern end. Locate Bracka Street. Walk down Bracka and take the first turn right into Gołębia Street. Our hostel is on the left side at number 6.

7. Is there a restaurant close to Draggo? Yes! Lastriko is located in the same building (6 Gołębia St.). Other nearby options include: Kawaleria (4 Gołębia St.), Cafe Botanica (9 Bracka St.), and Restauracja Sukiennice (3 Main Market Square).

8. Are there towels in the rooms? Do I have to pay for them? Yes, towels are provided in the rooms free of charge. We can provide a fresh towel daily upon request.

9. Is bed linen provided? Do I have to pay for it? Yes, bed linen is included in the price. We can provide fresh linen daily if needed.

10. Will I have a locker? Yes. Each guest is assigned a personal locker that opens with a key card, along with a shoe shelf. There are also extra storage compartments built into the bunk bed steps.

11. Does your staff speak English? Yes, our staff speaks English fluently.

12. How do I use the one-card access system? For your comfort and safety, we use a single-card system. At check-in, you will receive one card that acts as a key for your room, your locker, the main hostel entrance, and the restaurant door.

13. Can I pay by credit card? Yes, we accept both Visa and MasterCard.

14. Can I pay in € or only in Polish Złoty? You can pay in either Euros (€) or Polish Złoty (PLN).
